Your mission

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to take ownership of executing our existing digital product roadmap and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact digital products. Building on this foundation, in the next phase of the product development, the role will also drive the continuous evolution of the product by identifying improvement opportunities, shaping future roadmap priorities, and advancing the digital product in line with client needs, technical possibilities, and business goals.

Acting as the strategic and technical counterpart to clients and internal technical teams, the Senior Technical Product Manager translates complex business needs into practical, valuable, and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership with the technical depth needed to work closely with engineering, AI, and data teams, while also taking responsibility for budget estimation and budget tracking throughout the product lifecycle.

This role sits at the intersection of product management and client solution delivery and it is suited to someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, confident in client-facing settings, works well in and understands the intricacies of a start-up environment, and is capable of leading cross-functional and multicultural project teams to deliver and grow digital products successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap Execution and Delivery

  • Take ownership of executing the existing digital product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact digital products in line with agreed priorities, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Drive the day-to-day product management process across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirement clarification and planning to implementation, launch, and iteration.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery plans.

  • Drive product decisions throughout execution, balancing client expectations, technical feasibility, business goals, and resources/ delivery constraints.

  • Ensure effective resource allocation across product initiatives to support timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Take responsibility for budget estimation and budget monitoring across the product lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment between scope, effort, and available resources.

  • Contribute to sustainable product delivery by keeping a strong focus on value, execution quality, and efficient use of resources.

Product Evolution and Roadmap Development

  • Identify opportunities to improve and further evolve the digital product based on client feedback, market developments, business priorities, and technical possibilities.

  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the product vision, value proposition, and feature direction to ensure the product continues to deliver measurable value.

Cross-functional Technical Collaboration

  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring strong alignment between product goals and technical delivery.

  • Work closely with engineering, AI, data, UX, and other relevant teams to deliver robust and scalable digital product solutions.

  • Engage in technical discussions with sufficient depth to support sound product decisions, evaluate options, and ensure feasibility.

  • Support the delivery of AI-enabled digital products with a solid understanding of topics such as system integrations, architecture, implementation constraints, and data-related dependencies.


Your profile

Must have´s:

  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving, and ideally start-up environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage parallel initiatives, and drive progress in dynamic settings.

  • Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, with strong ownership of digital products across roadmap execution, delivery, and continuous product evolution.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered, data-driven, or otherwise technically complex digital products or IT solutions.

  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to work closely with software engineers and AI/data specialists, with enough depth to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions and solution decisions.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align cross-functionally, manage trade-offs and shared resources, and influence senior decision-makers.

  • Experience with budget estimation, budget monitoring, and resource planning across the product lifecycle.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Fluency in English is required, and strong German language skills are a big plus.


Nice to have´s:

  • Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

  • Background in AI products, machine learning-enabled solutions, or intelligent automation.

  • Experience in MarTech, digital platforms, enterprise software, or other technology-driven consulting environments.

  • Experience delivering products in a client-facing consulting or solution delivery environment.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and working closely with engineering teams in iterative product development.

  • Familiarity with platform thinking, APIs, data ecosystems, and scalable cloud-based product environments.
