Your mission

As a Technical Lead (Software Engineer) at Digital Loop, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology-driven solutions that enable our clients’ sustainable digital growth. Operating at the crossroads of IT architecture, marketing technologies and digital innovation, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex product development and MarTech projects - from concept and design to deployment and continuous improvement.

You will be a key driver for technical alignment, excellence, and long-term value creation. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will integrate strategic thinking with technological insights to guide multi-disciplinary teams.

A proactive work ethic and a can-do attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Solution Architecture & Delivery

Strong background in software and product development
Proven experience translating complex technical topics into clear, actionable work packages for engineering teams
Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including:
- Version control (Git)
- CI/CD pipelines
- API design
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data architecture and integration patterns
Experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery models
Gen AI Frameworks
Selective hands-on involvement

2. Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, bridging business needs with technology capabilities.
Support pre-sales and proposal development with strong technical and strategic input.

Align with customer internal tech teams to fulfill their technical / compliance requirements.

Your profile

1. Technical & Strategic Expertise

Strong background in product development and delivery.
Excellent ability to translate complex technical topics into clear work-packages to our engineers.
Hands-on understanding of modern software development practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, API design, cloud-based deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.), and data architecture.
Proven experience overseeing cross-functional teams in Agile and hybrid environments.
Nice to have (not required): Experience with MarTech platforms, data analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Vertex, BigQuery, Snowflake, Adobe Experience Cloud), or AI-driven solutions.

2. Leadership & Communication

Confident and credible when engaging with executive stakeholders.
Strong leadership in guiding technical teams toward performance, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
Experienced in fast prototyping and lean product development environments.

3. Business Acumen & Ownership

Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for quality.

4. Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1) mandatory.

Als Technical Lead (Software Engineer) bei Digital Loop spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung technologiebasierter Lösungen, die das nachhaltige digitale Wachstum unserer Kunden ermöglichen. An der Schnittstelle von IT-Architektur, Marketing-Technologien und digitaler Innovation verantwortest du den gesamten Lebenszyklus komplexer Produktentwicklungen und MarTech-Projekte – von Konzeption und Design über Deployment bis hin zu kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung.

Du bist ein wesentlicher Treiber für technische Abstimmung, Exzellenz und langfristige Wertschöpfung. Als vertrauenswürdiger technischer Berater*in verbindest du strategisches Denken mit technologischer Expertise und leitest zielgerichtet multidisziplinäre Teams.

Fundierte Erfahrung in Software- und Produktentwicklung
